If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent RichardandKarenMarie.com order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original certificates of authenticity for the limited edition prints and original tags attached when the apparel and accessories are launched. Return apparel and accessories when they are launched must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Full-Price Merchandise :
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.
Sale-Price Merchandise :
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
After 30 days, sale products are not eligible for return or credit.
Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise.
When we receive your item and request, we will send your new item free of shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake made on the part of RichardandKarenMarie.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.
